Even of the installation of a distribution transformer, the voltage fluctuation on LT side persists due to limited range of the voltage correction of the transformer. To control the voltage fluctuation, it is ideal to install two in one combo. In this system the input is H.V. but the output is fixed LT with ±1% output. Working: The fluctuating voltage from electricity authority input is given to a transformer and a buck and boost transformer is installed. A Rolling Type Regulator in a separate tank driven by a motor give supply to buck/boost transformer that stabilizes LT voltage with ±1% variation is available at the output.
